Buying a car is a supremely emotional experience full of ups and downs.  Months of research are done beforehand; insurance is often not part of that process.  It can be a lot to digest in the dealership, so giving customers the option to shop in the comfort of their homes isn’t just a reminder but a relief.

The average franchise dealership sells 150 cars per month.

When the CRM is the database source, the salesperson who just sold the car is the sender, and the email is automated directly from the dealership's CRM.

When the DMS is the database source, you have control to choose the email domain and sender's name.
