
FRIKTIONLESS technologies (FRIKINtech for fun) released a foundational Beta of its new VehicleLyfe software. This software will replace the current TRADEiQ product with an updated UI, new components for deeper customer engagement, and more volume of communications to increase the number of opportunities dealers have with their service and past sold customers.
VehicleLyfe tackles a major hole in the dealership’s relationship with their customers – the ownership cycle! We have been using dealership DMS data to engage customers on their equity, but we have been leaving a lot on the table because only so many customers are in equity. And dealers deserve a system that combines all their profit centers to give all thier customers a concierge experience that every customer has always wanted from their dealership. The VehicleLyfe Beta focuses on providing customers with a way to track the value of their car, sell it to the dealership, trade it in, explore payments on a newer vehicle, track their service history, schedule the next service, explore warranty options, and discover ways to save money on car insurance.
The same AI that handles all follow-ups within the TRADEiQ solution will also do so for VehicleLyfe. This is another FRIKINtech solution enhanced by AI, resulting in minimal disruption to current dealership processes.
While the Beta is live, FRIKINtech will collect engagement data to inform further product developments. The engineering department is also working on an actual “Planning” component that helps the customer look at the future with their car. It will guide them on what the best financial decision is to make down the road.
