5 Tips to Get Engaged on Valentine’s Day

First of all, congratulations, with this foolproof guide, you are guaranteed to get engaged on Valentine’s Day. It is all about communication and your willingness to step outside your comfort zone. Follow these five simple steps:

  1. Respond to every internet lead automatically/instantly from your CRM
  2. Include in your first quality response answers to the two most important questions every car shopper has, “Is the vehicle available and how much will it cost me?”
  3. Include multiple reaction options so your customer can respond in a genuine way, not just “Submit to Dealer” or “Begin the Buying Process.” 
  4. Also include in your first quality response a way for your customer to see a trade value estimate. 
  5. Watch your customers’ Digital Body Language
